Terms And Conditions

All vouchers are non-refundable and no refunds are offered on expired vouchers. Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value, no change can be given and they cannot be be exchanged for further gift vouchers. Vouchers can be exchanged for products and services of a higher value on payment of the difference. When using a monetary voucher no change will be given. This gift voucher is only good for a single transaction, any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher or service or product. Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Willow House Beauty is final. Willow House Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. This voucher entitles the bearer to redeem the product or service specified. Bookings using gift vouchers must be made in advance and are subject to availability, please book early to avoid disappointment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date or purchase, unless purchased for a particular promotional period where different validity dates will apply. The original voucher must be presented at the time of your visit. Failure to present a valid voucher will result in full payment being required, which will be refunded in full once an original voucher has been received.

Cancellation & Late Arrivals Policy

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this; however the following policies apply;

Cancellation – 24 hours notice please

If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 24 hours before your appointment. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice we will try to re-book the slot, if we can’t, we may charge you 50% of the cost of the appointment.

For no shows where we have no notice of cancellation we will charge 100% of the cost of the appointment.

Late Arrivals

We will try to accommodate late arrivals up to 15 minutes after their scheduled treatment time, but they may be asked to wait, or their treatment may be cut short in order to treat on-time clients. Clients more than 15 minutes late are considered late cancellations and will incur the full-service fee.

We realise these policies may be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or are late through no fault of their own but we also have a responsibility to our other clients to keep to their appointment times. We will happily rebook a new appointment for you as soon as possible. We may request pre-payment for treatments if you have been late for several appointments. Complaints Procedure

All complaints will be dealt with directly through management via email at booking@willowhousebeauty.co.uk. All complaints are taken very seriously and we will work to resolve all reasonable complaints promptly and fairly. The decision of management is final.
