We need all the details above in order to ensure that it is safe for us to provide the treatments you may ask for and also for insurance purposes. We will store your information for 2 years after the date of your treatment, or for 2 years after you have reached the age of 18 if you are/were under 18 when your treatment took place. All information is kept securely, in a locked box only accessed by the business owner. Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your personal data with us, but if you do not we cannot offer you a treatment with Willow House Beauty. You must fulfil your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for us to fulfil ours (carry out treatment).
We will contact you via phone, email or text to confirm appointments booked and to remind you of upcoming appointments, We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this but you have the right to opt out at any time.
After your visit we may send you an email or text asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity, but again you may opt out at any time.
We will not send you any marketing by phone, email, or text unless you provide consent on the consultation form. For example, we may send you messages relating to your birthday, the fact we miss you (you haven’t visited for 3 months) and for special days such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas. You may opt out at any time.
We will not share your information with anyone outside of Willow House Beauty. We will ask your permission before sharing any photographs taken of your treatment on our social media and website. If at any time you wish for photographs to be removed, please inform us via the details provided above.
